QUESTIONS · THE DESK

Answers we give when a new chapter is about to open.

Meeting corner at the Collyer Quay studio where questions are talked through

These questions come from the first sitting. They cover how an engagement path is shaped, how we keep time, and how personal data is handled. If your question is still in the margin, write to the studio and we will answer in the same voice.

How is a brand engagement structured at Brand Growth Story?

An engagement at Brand Growth Story opens with discovery. We sit with the archive, the people who will live with the line, and the decision that brought you to the Collyer Quay studio. From that listening we write a brand narrative and a positioning framework the house can speak in one breath. When a public chapter is due, we draw campaign architecture and choose a channel mix that can carry the story. Working cadence follows SGT working hours, with written notes after each sitting so the chapter of the work stays visible. You receive pages your own teams can brief from. The studio holds the writing. The organisation holds the choices that follow in the market.

Where does the studio sit, and when can we write?

The studio is at 11 Collyer Quay, #16-05, The Arcade, in Raffles Place on the waterfront CBD. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT. A note to hello@brandgrowthstory.life or a call to +65 6702 8365 is read in those hours. We reply within one business day. If you would rather walk, the quay is a few minutes from Raffles Place station. The Marina Bay context is a short walk when a draft needs air.

What does a chapter of the work usually include?

Depending on the engagement path, a chapter may include a brand narrative, a positioning framework, a message hierarchy, campaign architecture, a channel mix, creative direction, audience segmentation, an editorial calendar, a brand system, a launch plan, and counsel on integrated communications. You receive written pages your own teams can brief from. Media buying stays with the buyers you already have. The story line is ours to shape. The public decision remains yours.

How do you keep time with teams in other cities?

SGT working hours are the studio clock. We sit Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and we write notes after each sitting so a team in another city can read the chapter overnight. Houses that run APAC campaigns from Singapore often keep a named owner on each shore. We will match that owner with a named person at the Collyer Quay studio. Calls that fall outside the clock are rare and are agreed in writing first.

Who do you write for?

This Singapore brand studio writes for Singapore SMEs, professional houses in the waterfront CBD, and organisations that carry APAC campaigns from this city-state market. The craft is the same whether the house is small or many-desked: a considered story line and a usable campaign plan. We are a professional services studio. We write brand and campaign work. We leave finance, self-help and lifestyle pages to other rooms.

How does the studio handle personal data under the PDPA?

The contact form asks for consent before we keep a name, email and message for a reply. That box is empty when the page loads. You tick it on purpose. Form notes go to hello@brandgrowthstory.life. Privacy questions go to privacy@brandgrowthstory.life. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore and the guidance published by the Personal Data Protection Commission. The full notice lives on the privacy page. A small browser preference named bgs_prefs may be stored for 180 days; see cookies.

What happens after we send a note?

The form posts to send.php on this host and is mailed to the desk. We read it, and we reply within one business day. The reply will name a possible chapter, or it will ask a clearer question. A message is a request for a conversation. A chapter opens only when both sides have written confirmation of scope and sitting rhythm. Begin where the story begins: a few honest lines about the decision on your desk.

Can we visit the Collyer Quay studio?

Yes, by arrangement. Write first so someone is in the room. The Arcade is at 11 Collyer Quay, level sixteen. Visitors from Raffles Place usually walk. The map on the contact page can help if you want it; the address is also written in plain text. We keep the room quiet, so a visit is a sitting, not a tour of trophies.

How should we read the language on these pages?

We describe method. We describe the pages you will receive. We leave predicted commercial scores off the page. A story arc is a shape for communications. A launch plan is a week-of brief. Neither is a forecast of leads, ranks or sales. If you need the legal wording, it sits on terms and in the paragraph below.

If the question is still yours alone, write it to the desk.

We write and shape brand narrative work and campaign craft for clients who want a considered chapter of communications. Responsibility for market decisions remains with the organisation that hires us. We describe method, not predicted commercial scores. This is not financial advice and not an investment scheme.
